Resort Master Plans
A long-term plan sets out where the resort is going and how it gets there: lifts, terrain, accommodation, and infrastructure, sequenced over years and matched to your market and your priorities.
Our plans are built on detailed site analysis, capacity assessments, community engagement, and operational realities, and structured to support ongoing approvals for decades to come. That long horizon means planning for climate change: snow reliability, water, wildfire, and a season that increasingly runs year-round. The goal is a document that charts a realistic course to the realization of your goals and objectives.

Not every challenge or opportunity needs a new master plan. Ahead of a master plan update, a major upgrade, or a new phase of development, an evaluation gives you a clear picture of how your facilities are performing today and where the greatest opportunities lie.
The result is a prioritized direction, short enough to read and specific enough to act on.

Trail systems work when they suit the terrain, the people using them, and the capacity to maintain them over time. We plan new networks and refine existing ones with all three in mind, for resorts and communities alike.

For a lodge, heli, or cat operation, everything rests on the experience you deliver: the terrain, the snow, the evening back at the lodge. That experience depends on having the terrain and operational flexibility to run well across a widening range of conditions, on operating in a way that respects the wildlife, environment, and communities you share the landscape with, and on a management plan and tenure that hold all of it together for the long term.
That last piece is where we come in. We prepare and update commercial recreation management plans and tenure amendments, working with you and the Province so your tenure reflects how you actually operate and gives you room to adapt as conditions change.
